Development Training  offers a structured day program that combines work, survival skills, and social activities to enhance living  skills through vocational, educational and community training.

Community Employment assists with job seeking, application, interviewing, and post employment. Our Community Employment Specialist assists each individual with a self directed job search that works with each person’s strengths, abilities, and interests for the best job match.

Personal Support Services  provide support and assistance to individuals in their residence of choice. This program may also support and facilitate the provision of services and the participation in day program, employment and community integration services. Personal Support Services are primarily delivered in the home and/or community.

Transportation is provided by Illinois Valley Industries which operates a fleet of vehicles that provides transportation for an annual fee. Transportation is subject to availability. Individuals may choose to provide their own transportation, car pool or be dropped off at the facility. Information and training is also available for alternative transportation options in the community.

Eligibility –  Individuals, 18 years of age or older, requesting services must have a diagnosed developmental disability – such as mental retardation, autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and/or other physical and mental challenges.
